TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SALES CONTRACT

 

1.1. The buyer’s order is considered an offer to enter into a sales contract, and the sales contract is concluded at the moment of delivery of the binding consent of both the buyer and the seller to this offer (through the seller’s confirmation of the order). From this moment, mutual rights and obligations arise between the buyer and the seller. 

 

1.2. By confirming the sales contract, the buyer confirms that they have read and understood these terms and conditions, including the warranty conditions, and agrees to them. The buyer is adequately informed about these terms and conditions and the complaints procedure by placing the order and has the opportunity to familiarize themselves with them. 

 

1.3. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or part of it before the sales contract is concluded in the following cases: if the goods are no longer manufactured or supplied, or if the price of the goods changes significantly. In the event of such a situation, the seller will immediately contact the buyer to discuss further steps. If the buyer has already paid part or the full purchase price, this amount will be refunded to their account, and the sales contract will not be concluded. 

 

1.4. All orders accepted by this store are binding. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If the order is not cancelled before shipment and is dispatched, the buyer may be asked to cover the costs associated with the shipment of the goods. 

 

1.5. The buyer will be automatically notified by email upon the acceptance of the order. The estimated delivery time for goods not in stock is indicated in the product detail and the order confirmation. For each item, it will be shown whether the goods are in stock. If the goods are out of stock or not available from the supplier's warehouse, the seller will immediately inform the buyer of the new delivery date. 

 

2. ORDER CANCELLATION

 

2.1. If the buyer cancels the order before it is dispatched (before receiving an email confirming dispatch), the order will be considered cancelled. 

 

2.2. Cancellations can be sent via email. When cancelling an order, please provide your name, email address, and order number. 

 

3. PRICES

 

3.1. The seller is not a VAT payer. 

 

3.2. The basic price of the order is the price added for the transportation of the goods according to the delivery method chosen by the buyer. Packaging is included in the transport price. 

 

4. PAYMENT

 

4.1. The buyer may pay for the goods by credit card. After the order is placed, an automatically generated email will be sent, containing all the necessary payment details, including account number, variable symbol, constant symbol, and amount. Once the payment is credited to the seller's account, the seller will acknowledge receipt of payment by email and inform the buyer of the shipment date. 

 

4.2. Payment is possible in EUR and GBP. 

 

4.3. A tax invoice (receipt) will be sent by the seller to the buyer by email. 

 

 

5. TERMS OF DELIVERY

 

5.1. The delivery period for goods offered by the seller is usually within 7 business days of order confirmation. The maximum delivery time is 25 days or may be extended by agreement with the buyer. 

 

5.2. The goods will be dispatched immediately upon order confirmation and fulfilment of all conditions for dispatch. 

 

6. DELIVERY OF GOODS

 

6.1. The seller ensures the transport of the goods via the method selected by the buyer from the available options: Slovak Post, Packeta (delivery points), Royal Mail. 

 

6.2. The place of delivery is determined based on the buyer’s order. Delivery of goods is deemed to have occurred once the goods have been delivered to the specified location. 

 

6.3. The goods will be packed and secured adequately. The buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the consignment upon receipt of the goods. 

 

6.4. The seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier. The carrier is fully responsible for any damage to the consignment caused during transport. Such cases will be resolved by the seller by delivering new goods to the buyer once the damages are compensated by the carrier. 

 

7. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

 

7.1. The buyer has the legal right to withdraw from the contract (as per the law regarding distance contracts) within 14 working days from the receipt of goods. 

 

7.2. Goods must be: 

- Undamaged 

- Complete (including accessories, documentation, etc.) 

- Accompanied by the original purchase receipt. 

 

7.3. To return the goods, the buyer must: 

a) Contact the seller to request cancellation of the order, including the order number (variable symbol), purchase date, and the buyer's account number for the refund. 

b) Return the goods to the seller’s address. The goods should be sent via registered, insured post in suitable packaging to avoid damage during transport (the seller is not responsible for any loss or damage during transport). 

 

7.4. After receiving the returned goods and confirming the conditions have been met, the seller will: 

a) Accept the returned goods. 

b) Refund the full purchase price to the buyer within 20 days of receiving the cancellation notice, excluding the shipping fee.

 

7.5. If any of the conditions outlined in 7.1-7.3 are not met, the seller will not accept the return and the goods will be returned to the buyer at their expense. 

 

 

8. REFUND POLICY

 

8.1. Exchange of Goods

If the size or fit of the clothing is unsuitable, or if the buyer wishes to exchange or return the goods, this is possible within 14 days of receiving the goods. The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Only items still available on the website can be exchanged. If the item is no longer available, a product from the same price category can be selected. 

 

8.2. Instructions for Returns

- Print and complete the return form. 

- Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage. Include the bill and completed return form. 

- Specify the item for exchange (size, product). 

- Return the package to the following address:

8.3. Once the undamaged package is received, the seller will either send a replacement product, the requested size or refund the payment according to the return form. 

 

8.4. Do not send goods on COD (Cash on Delivery).
